J'ai chargé les données brutes directement depuis l'INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística) et le MITMA (Ministerio de Transportes) via leurs APIs. Aucun agrégateur, aucun intermédiaire. J'ai développé des agents IA qui ont parsé, nettoyé et analysé chaque ligne.
INE REST API + fichiers Excel MITMA. Transactions, hypothèques, prix, étrangers. Données brutes sans traitement.
Normalisation des provinces, parsing de 76 feuilles Excel, alignement des séries temporelles. Les agents IA ont traité chaque source.
Décomposition saisonnière, corrélations, cross-lags, test de Granger. Mathématiques, pas intuition.
Génération automatique de graphiques, tableaux et analyses comparatives. Entièrement reproductible.
109,874 transactions dans la Comunidad Valenciana en 2025. Plus qu'au pic de la bulle de 2007.
